About Us

Four Courts is nestled in the lush rolling hills between Seneca and Cherokee Parks on 12 wooded acres. This beautiful facility provides outstanding customer service to patients, residents, families, and other healthcare consultants and providers. The exceptional and caring team provides compassionate care for post-surgical patients and long-term care residents with around the clock nursing attention; and palliative care for hospice patients. Offering in-patient and out-patient rehab services, the therapy team includes a board certified physiatrist; speech, occupational, and physical therapists; and restorative nursing care to help patients achieve their ultimate functional potential. To support our residents’ spiritual needs, the facility provides multi-denominational religious services, and is the only kosher skilled nursing facility in Kentucky. Residents, their families, and staff receive counseling and spiritual guidance from our facility Chaplain, and synagogue services are held by a Rabbi.
